Product description：
This product, mainly containing Nitrogen and Phosphorus, is a kind of halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for polyolefin, especially for PP. The modified PP finish products can pass glow-wire test of GWIT 850℃&GWFI 960℃. This product complies with the restrictions of ROHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU Council.
Advantages：
1. Low dosage, can be used for injection directly.
2. Halogen-free & environment-friendly.
3. When extruded with PP, no water-sliding, with good water-resistance.
4. Finish product can pass GWIT850℃.
5. No anti-dripping agents contained.

Recommended amount of addition(%)：

Suggestions:
1. We suggest the processing temperature should below 250℃ to avoid FR`s slight decomposition.
2. Keeping a certain vacuum degree when processing in double-screw extruder.
3. Fillers (such as CaCO3、Talc、BaSO4)can affect the flame retardant performance.
4. Glass Fiber can be used in the system, but affect product`s color.  
5. Carbon black can also be applied in the system, but the dosage should below 0.5%.
Packaging and Handling: 
25kgs/bags, paper&plastic composite package with PE liner bag. Needed to be stored in ventilated and dry condition.
