Description：
This new environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch, is mainly used in homopolymerized PP, which can make the flammability of Ho-PP reach UL94-V2. The effective substances are the environment-friendly Br、P、N compound. Only small additive amount is required, so in the modified PP products, it can meet the demands of halogen-free(according to IEC 61249-2-21).This product can be widely used for extrusion and injection of PP.

3. No precipitation, good water-resistance.
4. It is almost halogen-free in PP finish products.
5. Due to low dosage, some fillers can be added to reduce the cost.

Suggestions:
1. Don`t mix with BDDP FR, which can make the final products become gray and affect the appearance.
2. Don`t use PE wax/stearates as lubrication and dispersion assistant, we suggest using EBS.
3. Don`t use CaCO3 as the filler. Also don`t suggest adding colored masterbatch which contains CaCO3.Incorperating 0-15% talcum or barium sulfate as substitutions.
4. This product can also be applied to homo-PP and copo-PP compounds.
Packaging and Handling: 
25kgs/bags, paper&plastic composite package with PE liner bag. Needed to be stored in ventilated and dry condition.
